REFUNDS  EXCHANGES & SHIPPING

-Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or  credit. This does not include sale items.

-Shipping costs are non refundable. Please note that Billi Banks is not responsible for any return shipping costs, this will be completely paid for by the customer.

​

-Any costs surrounding redelivery of items where the wrong shipping information was entered by the customer will be paid by the customer.

​

-Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

 

- You will receive your tracking number via email. All parcels sent with Auspost. We do not currently send to locations outside of Australia.


-Please email enquiries.billibanks@gmail.com if you believe your product is damaged, faulty or lost in transit. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
